Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Eduplus Addmission, we are committed to ensuring clear and transparent processing of your admission applications. Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully.

1. Cancellation Policy

Once a student has registered for a program and the admission process has commenced with the university, cancellation requests are subject to the specific university's guidelines.

  • If you wish to cancel your admission application, you must notify us in writing at contact@eduplusaddmission.online immediately.
  • Cancellations made before the application is processed by the university may be eligible for a partial refund of the service fee, subject to deduction of administrative charges.
  • Once the admission is confirmed by the university, cancellation is not possible through us, and you must follow the university's withdrawal procedure.

2. Refund Policy

Our refund policy is as follows:

  • Registration/Service Fees: Consultation or processing fees once paid are generally non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 working days and are subject to management approval.
  • University Fees: Any tuition or university fees paid through us are directly transferred to the respective universities. Refunds for these fees are strictly governed by the refund policy of the specific university you have applied to. We will assist you in the process, but the final decision rests with the university.
  • Failed Transactions: In case of a double payment or failed transaction where the amount is deducted but not credited, the amount will be refunded to the original source within 7-10 working days.

3. Processing of Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days. The amount will be credited back to the original method of payment (Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, or UPI).

4. Changes to Policy

Eduplus Addmission reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website.
